In Australia and New Zealand, ENO is distributed by WildAir Outdoors. Please see their exchange, return and warranty information below:
WildAir warrants our product to be in good condition upon receipt and free from manufacturing defects. Each product is covered by a manufacturers warranty.
Note: This warranty only covers manufacturing defects and does not cover:
Normal wear and tear;
Modifications / alterations;
Damage caused by accident;
Breakdown of colours and materials due to sun exposure;
Damage from dogs or small children; and
Use for any other purpose than the product was intended to be used.

If purchased through our store or an authorised retailer, you may wish to first attempt return/exchange through the retailer however, all warranty issues accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase are eligible to be evaluated for possible repair or a onetime replacement.
Each warranty item is processed individually and must be returned to WildAir following completion of the warranty form below. WildAir will not pay for inbound shipping unless there was an error on our part. We highly encourage retaining all tracking information from your chosen carrier as we are not responsible for lost inbound shipments. Please allow two weeks (10 business days) from the date that we receive the product(s) to be contacted or shipped replacement items. If a product colour is not available at the time of replacement, WildAir reserves the right to substitute a new colour should your chosen colour be unavailable. If this is the case you will be contacted to discuss this further.
Note: All sales using "Pro Deal" discount codes are final. No refunds. No exchanges. No exceptions. Please check your size before you order.
Return for replacement
WildAir will replace product due to manufacturing defects.
Return for refund
WildAir will only refund product purchased directly through our online or retail stores. Product must be returned unused within 4 weeks of purchase. Returned product, once evaluated, will be refunded for the original amount less shipping costs.
Return for exchange
WildAir is happy to exchange product for an alternate size, colour or style should purchased products not suite your needs. Product must be returned unused within 4 weeks of purchase. Once original items are received your exchanged products will be dispatched to your original shipping address unless specified otherwise. Exchanges are subject to additional shipping fees.

They must be in original condition
For clothing, unwashed and unworn
In the original packaging

How do I return:

Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
Once your return/exchange is approved you will get a confirmation email with further details.
Send the item back to us for return/exchange
Note: For exchanges, you will receive an order to pay the additional shipping costs. Once paid and the item has been received and inspected, we will send the replacement item out to you ASAP.
